Proceeds from the bond are earmarked for general corporate purposes. Joint lead managers Danske Bank Markets, DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank Norway have been appointed for the potential issue.
In its first quarter results, the company said that it was seeing an increase in project activity, and that it expects further improvement in the second half of the year.
