Ezion JV bags $149m rig deal
Singapore: An Ezion joint venture has won a $148.6m contract to provide a service rig over a seven-year period to support a national oil major in Central America.

The joint venture with Kim Seng Holdings will deploy the service rig in the Bay of Campeche for work to start in the third quarter of 2013.

“The joint venture will acquire and own the service rig to meet the requirements of the contract. The above mentioned acquisition will be funded through internal resources as well as bank borrowings,” Singapore-listed Ezion said.
