As 2014 draws to a close we thought we would take a look back at what were the most read news stories on Seatrade Global over the last year.

Coming in as the 10th most read story of the year was from back in January when Shanghai reconfirmed its status as the world’s largest container port.
 
 
At number nine comes the first of several casualties with the fatal sinking of a PACC Offshore Services semi-submersible barge off Indonesia that left three dead.
