Under European Union regulations there is a limit to the number of other directorships that bank officers can hold. Wendy Teramato, managing director, WL Ross & Co has joined the board of Navigator.
Ross also resigned from the boards of Assured Guaranty, International Automotive Components, International Textile Group, NBNK, Ocwen Financial Corp, and Talmer Bancorp.
“I regret having to resign from the board of Navigator along with several other companies with whom I have worked closely, but Iam proud that Wendy, along with other members of our team at WL Ross & Co. have developedenough expertise and stature to be welcomed onto the boards of companies such as Navigator in which our firm holds investments,” he said.
