APL launches new China Southeast Asia service

APL is launching a new China Southeast Asia (CSE) Service – a direct service that links North and Central China to the Southeast Asian markets of Vietnam, Thailand and the Philippines, to enhance intra-Asia connectivity.

APL's new CSE service which is designed to facilitate the thriving trade between China and Southeast Asia will be synonymous with fast transit time. Shipments on board the CSE service from Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) to Manila will arrive in four and three days respectively. Shippers can expect cargo delivery from Manila to the Chinese ports of Qingdao and Shanghai in four and six days respectively.

The CSE service commencing its first sailing from Qingdao on 12 February, will call the ports of Qingdao, Shanghai, Ho Chi Minh City, Bangkok, Laem Chabang and Manila.
