CSCL announced to the stock exchange that it will disclose more details upon signing a firm contract with the shipbuilder.
The plan to order the mega-sized containerships is part of CSCL's strategy to expand its fleet and raise its market competitiveness.
The 18,000 teu boxships, similar in capacity to Maersk Line's Triple E ships, will be CSCL's largest carriers to date.
