The industrial-financial partnership aims to allow the two corporations to share resources and expertise, deepen business dealings particularly in the areas and securities services, brokerage services, asset management, fund investments, advisory services, and mergers and acquisitions.
CIIC is one of China’s largest investment banking and research services companies, while CSSC is also one of the two largest shipbuilding conglomerates in China.
