EMAS Offshore’s Singapore IPO fully subscribed

EMAS Offshore’s Singapore IPO fully subscribed
Ezra’s associated firm EMAS Offshore, formerly known as EOC Limited, is set to raise SGD58.79m ($46.04m) from a secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange after its initial public offering (IPO) was fully subscribed.

EMAS Offshore released a total of 48,585,000 shares, comprising of 39,500,000 shares offered under the placement tranche and 9,085,000 shares offered under the public offer.

The shares were priced at SGD1.21 apiece and trading on SGX will commence on 8 October 2014. DBS Bank and OCBC are the joint bookrunners and underwriters to the offering.

EMAS Offshore is already listed in Norway’s Oslo and the listing in Singapore followed the completion of the consolidation last Friday of its related firm EMAS Marine into the group.

EMAS Marine is Ezra’s offshore support services division, and Ezra had earlier approved a proposed consolidation with an aim to create one of Asia Pacific’s largest offshore services players.
