Malaysia's Johor govt investment arm looking to expand in oil & gas
Johor state-owned investment arm Johor Corp (JCorp) is looking to expand its participation in the oil and gas (O&G) sector through its subsidiary companies, especially EA Technique, local reports quoted Johor chief minister Mohamed Khaled Nordin as saying.

“E.A. Technique currently possesses 33 marine vessels including its latest offshore storage vessel namely the FOIS Nautica Tembikai.

“With the new vessel set to sail along with its six-year contact valued at $63m, the company is well on its way to expansion,” he said.

Khaled said the Johor state government was also looking at providing better infrastructure within the Iskandar region especially at Pasir Gudang, where domestic and international trading activities thrive.
