Marine & General picks up $2m SSV contract

A small trickle of contracts continues to flow out of the Malaysian oil and gas industry with Marine & General, formerly known as SILK Holdings, announcing contracts worth MYR7.3m ($1.9m) not including options, from ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Malaysia,

The contracts awarded to its Jasa Merin unit, are for the provision of two Straight Supply Vessels with accommodation (SSV) to support ExxonMobil’s operations.

The contracts, commencing in early and end March 2018 respectively, are for a primary duration of four months with an optional six-month extension.
