MISC seeking $750m to refinance loan

MISC seeking $750m to refinance loan
Malaysia's MISC Berhad is seeking a $750m five-year term loan to refinance a $1bn loan it signed in 2008, wire reports quoted sources as saying.

The proceeds from the loan, which sources said is likely to be self-arranged, will refinance MISC's $1bn five-year loan signed in September 2008.

The earlier loan paid a top-level all-in of 110 basis points based on a margin of 100 basis points over the London Interbank Offered Rate or Libor.
