Chairing a session entitled “Mythbusters” Belbas asked the subtle question – “Shipping and offshore crisis: is there life after death?”
In summary of that part of the session Belbas very successfully answered his own question commenting on the fact the only certainty in life was death and taxes. “Shipping has avoided paying taxes in a significant way so we should avoid death,” he quipped.
