Teh said existing capacity at the two terminals now, Northport and Westport, are sufficient to meet demand till then.
It was previously reported that PKA had appointed a Hong-Kong based consultant to undertake the feasibility study on Port Klang's third port.
PKA general manager David Padman was also quoted as saying that the port has no tariff revisions planned currently.
"We are trying to offer competitive rates to encourage more ships to come to Malaysia. We are not doing any revision and want to maintain the competitive edge at the moment," he said.
