Sapura Energy noted in a stock market announcement the recent articles which "had alluded to the listing of the company’s exploration and production business which would, among others, provide an avenue for the Company to monetise its assets".
Confirming the reports, Sapura Energy said: "The company has engaged advisors to evaluate and advise on the potential listing of the E&P business."
Sapura Energy added that it would make the necessary announcements should there be any material developments in the matter.
