The Missions to Seafarers Singapore's Generation Game

cb43b69c119021de5a9a145fd13cec63
The Mission's to Seafarers Singapore would appear to have taken inspiration from the late Bruce Forsyth and the British TV game show The Generation Game with its latest fundraising effort although we cannot remember the programme ever featuring a mast climb.

The fundraising event will feature three team challenges held onboard the tall ship Royal Albatross under the title The Generation Game with the tagline of “Nice to see you, to see you... nice”.

The event will see 12 teams of 10 competing across three events, comprising a mast climb, “tug on deck” apparently a seated game, and get knotted.

Teams pay an entrance fee of SGD4,500 for the event to be held on Royal Albatross on the evening on 4 September. The event will also feature a buffet dinner and free flow bar. With an eye to health and safety mast climb partcipants are not allowed to enjoy alcoholic beverages prior to the climb.
