The Taipei-listed firm posted a profit before tax of $70.89m, an increase of 19.1% from the pre-tax gain of $59.54m in 2014.
Revenue for last year came up to $346.95m, a rise of 16.1% compared to $298.86m in the previous financial year, Wisdom Marine announced on its website.
The Taiwanese shipowner focuses on the smaller handysize bulkers but has diversified into the larger kamsarmaxes as well as the medium-sized supramaxes.
The global dry bulk shipping market, which Wisdom Marine operates in, is currently battered by record low rates with the Baltic Dry Index (BDI) falling to 467 points on Wednesday.
