Yinson to launch $500m multi-currency debt programme

Yinson to launch $500m multi-currency debt programme
Yinson Holdings is raising more funds, setting up, through its unit Yinson Juniper, a $500m multi-currency perpetual securities programme to finance its general corporate purposes.

Yinson added that the British Virgin Islands-incorporated special purpose vehicle will have its debt programme unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by the parent group.

Standard Chartered Bank is the principal adviser, sole arranger and dealer for the programme.
