Seajacks Scylla, the fifth self-propelled jack-up to join the Seajacks fleet, will be based on the Gusto MSC NG14000X design, featuring a 1500t leg-encircling crane, 5000cu mtr of deck space, and over 8000t of variable load. The vessel’s 105m legs will have the ability to perform operations in depths of up to 65m.

Over the winter, Seajacks reached a significant milestone with the on-time installation of 80 monopiles at the Meerwind Offshore Wind Park, in spite of significantly worse weather than anticipated. As part of its role as Main Installation Contractor at the German site, Seajacks is responsible for the installation of all turbines and foundations, as well as the scour installation, grouting and noise mitigation for the project.
