The first phase of the 400,000 sq m Milaha Logistics City in Qatar is a 35,000 sq m cold chain facility catering to the food industry, pharmaceuticals, and other fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
The complex will include other specialised warehousing options and is located on the orbital road with good access to the airport and seaport.
Milaha’s president and ceo Abdulrahman Essa Al-Mannai said: “Milaha Logistics City is a significant investment on our part in Qatar’s supply chain infrastructure and, in particular, cold chain capabilities, and we expect it to be a key enabler for logistics growth in Qatar. We want to give our clients more sophisticated options to access the local market.”
