Pirates move possible hostage ship Naham 3

Pirates move possible hostage ship Naham 3
Fishing vessel Naham 3, which is believed to be carrying hostages from the sunken MV Albedo, has been moved to a new anchorage in the Galmudug region of Somalia.

An EU NavFor helicopter flyover on Saturday confirmed that Naham 3 has detached from its previous mooring to the sunken vessel’s superstructure, and was steaming North along the Somali coast.

Previous aerial photographs showed Somali Pirates on deck pointing their rifles at the helicopter.

Negotiations for the release of the hostages are still ongoing. The location of the hostages has not been confirmed.
