SBM Offshore has returned to Drydocks World for a Turret Mooring System (TMS) for the Johan Castberg FPSO vessel.

Drydocks World has announced it had 37 simultaneous projects underway, a record for the Dubai shipyard. The list of projects included work on dredgers, rigs, gas carriers, tankers and box ships for clients including Chevron Shipping, Saudi Aramco, Saipem and Technip. Around 9,000 workers were assigned to the 37 projects, which included the drydocking of eight ships in the yard's Dock 2. The company credited its marketing efforts, rigorous action plans and streamlined operations for the achievement, as well as the trust and support of its business partners.
Kvaerner has returned to Drydocks World for the fabrication of components for a riser jacket platform.
