CSCL, UASC and PIL to launch Far East-North America service
Container carriers China Shipping Container Lines (CSCL), United Arab Shipping Company (UASC) and Pacific International Lines (PIL) will launch a new Asia Northwest America Trade from China's Nansha from 18 February.

The service, named ANW1/ AWN1/ ANW will be operated with six vessels of 4,250 teu capacity.

Three vessels will be provided by CSCL, two vessels by UASC and one by PIL.

The weekly service will turn around in 42 days with the port rotation of Nansha, Hong Kong, Yantian, Ningbo, Shanghai, Busan, Seattle, Vancouver, back to Nansha.

“The lines look forward to enhance the quality of their services provided through this new service,” PIL said in a statement.
