Maersk Line is first to call at ICTSI's new Mexico terminal
International Container Terminal Services Inc’s (ICTSI) new terminal in Manzanillo, Mexico has received its first call.

The 5,500 teu Maersk Kalamata was the first vessel to call at Specilaised Container Terminal 2 (SCT 2) at Manzanillo. The call marked Maersk’s return to the Mexican port.

The service will call weekly at the terminal on a trade that runs Yokohama-Manzanillo - Lazaro Cardenas – Balboa – Buenaventura – San Antonio – San Vicente. 

The terminal is operated by ICTSI subsidiary Contecon Manzanillo, S.A. and will be officially inaugurated later this year
