Under the venture Petrocosta will be responsible for sourcing, blending and storage as well as the transportation of marine fuel products, while OW Bunker will undertake the sales and marketing, as well as providing risk management. Petrocotsa has a fleet for five bunker vessels.

OW Bunker opened up in Cartagena, Colombia in January this year.
