Hanoi: Another senior executive from Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin) has been detained as investigations into the near bankrupt yard group continue. At the weekend To Nghiem, chairman of Vinashin's Cai Lan Shipbuilding Industry was detained. He was detained on charges of "deliberately acting against the state's regulations on economic management, causing serious consequences," local press reported.
