Hanoi: Another senior executive from Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin) has been detained as investigations into the near bankrupt yard group continue. At the weekend To Nghiem, chairman of Vinashin's Cai Lan Shipbuilding Industry was detained.
