London: Two Asia-based shipping agents, Australia Sea Corporation Pty Ltd and Malaysia's HRC Shipping Sdn Bhd, are amongst five new members to join Multiport, the world's largest network of independent ship agents. In welcoming the new members Peter Titchener, secretary-general of Multiport, said the association's continuing expansion only goes to prove that owners still prefer the benefits offered by a network system.
