Singapore: The Baltic Exchange has announced that it is trialling a new product tanker route (TC10 - 40,000mt CPP/UNL South Korea to NOPAC West Coast). The information is published at 1600 (Singapore) via the Baltic's Singapore office and is based on assessments submitted by the Baltic's Asian panellists.
Reported as US$ per mt, the assessments are based on the following specification:
TC10 - 40,000mt CPP/UNL South Korea to NOPAC West Coast
S. Korea to Vancouver BC - Rosarito range with laydays/cancelling 14-21 days in advance.
Maximum age 15 years, double hull, oil major approved
In a separate development, the Baltic has also announced that its trial Palm Oil Assessment has been a success and is now live and published daily at 1600 (London).
