Hong Kong: Container lessors are noting a short turn for the worse in their business as prices for boxes have fluctuated . 'Shipping lines have taken advantage of lower container prices in 3Q06 to order more containers going into a slack season,' Citigroup reported in a research note. 'Prices that had moved toward US$1600 per teu from US$1900 per teu during 3Q06 had in November moved back toward US$1800per teu' suggesting the box buying spree was likely to be brief. [20/11/06]
