Shanghai: Shanghai and Beijing will be visited by New Zealand's largest trade delegation headed by Trade Minister Phill Goff this week. Geoff will be in talks with high profile Chinese leaders including Vice Premier Hui Liangu to facilitate the possible free trade agreement between the two countries. Both governments have indicated that they would like the negotiations, which begun in 2004, completed by early 2008. [07/11/06]
