Mumbai: In a bid to promote greater financial services links with India, the City of London has formed a new Indian advisory board, chaired by Alan Rosling, executive director of the powerful Tata Group based in Mumbai. A new City of London office has been opened in Mumbai, designed to promote the City's services as a financial centre to the Indian public and private sector customers, and to 'keep the Square Mile as close as possible to this fast-growing, world-class partner,' according to Michael Snyder, chairman of policy and resources for the City of London.
