Shanghai: CMA CGM has announced plans to start a new dedicated service - North Africa Express - between Asia and North Africa, via its hub of Malta. The service will deploy seven 3,000teu ships and call at Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong, Chiwan, Jakarta, Malta, Port Kelang, Jakarta and Chiwan.
The North Africa Express will provide connections with CMA CGM feeders to Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Libya via the main hub of Malta. The first vessel is scheduled to leave Shanghai on June 15. [04/05/07]
