CMA CGM moves for Xiamen

Shanghai: France's CMA CGM Group has signed an agreement with Xiamen City and Hong Kong-based NWS Holdings to develop Haicang Port Area, a deep water port in Xiamen in East China's Fujian Province.
This will be CMA CGM's first port investment project in China, and the terminal is scheduled for completion in 2009.
CMA CGM has plans to get involved in Ningbo, Yangshan and Tianjin as it builds up its global ports portfolio.  [07/12/07]
