Hong Kong: Cosco Pacific has entered into a contract with Quanzhou Port Container Co Ltd to set up a joint venture company, Quanzhou Pacific Container Terminal Co, to manage and operate four berths in the Shihu area at Quanzhou Port in Fujian province, China.
