Shanghai: China Shipping Container Lines has established a joint venture with China Shipping Overseas Logistics that has been named Yangshan International Container Storage and Shipping, reports yicai.com, citing a company filing.
The joint venture, which will require an investment of 235m yuan, will be engaged in container storage and shipping, international shipping and other services for logistics and manufacturing enterprises. [15/11/10]
