Dalian: Sun Yuqing, the Dalian Maritime University (DMU) vp has signed a cooperation agreement with software provider SpecTec to establish an Asset Management Operating System (AMOS) training centre on campus and donate AMOS licenses for DMU's teaching and training courses. SpecTec has also agreed to sponsor a special scholarship for a student at the university. [15/04/08]
