Hong Kong: Dalian Port has postponed its plan to buy Jinzhou Port Co Ltd, a smaller rival also located in northeast China's Liaoning province. Jinzhou Port said in a brief statement on Monday that conditions were not ripe for Dalian to buy its shares. It did not elaborate. [04/09/06]
