The $75.7m term loan facility with China Exim Bank to partially cover the financing of two 208,500 dwt newcastlemax dry bulk newbuildings and one 82,000 dwt kamsarmax.
The newbuildings are expected to be delivered in the third and fourth quarters of 2016.
