Seoul: Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., the world's third-largest shipbuilder, said Thursday that it has won a 766-billion won (US$758 million) deal to build a drill ship.
The deal from an American customer calls on Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering to deliver the vessel, used for deep-water oil exploration, by June 2011, the company said in a regulatory filing. [31/7/08]
