Taiwan: Evergreen Line has announced that beginning Friday March 21, it will premier a new regional Kaohsiung-Haiphong Shuttle Service (KHP Service) to enhance its presence in Haiphong, Vietnam. The 580teu vessel, Dong Du will operate a weekly service calling at: Kaohsiung - Haiphong - Kaohsiung
In a statement, the company said, 'Vietnam is considered as Asia's new powerhouse economy, so this new service through Evergreen's Kaohsiung hub enables fast-growing Vietnam to link with the global markets.
Evergreen currently has five service centres in Vietnam : Ho Chi Minh City, Haiphong, Hanoi, Da Nang and Qui Nhon. [17/03/08]
