G6 alters Black Sea offering with new feeder service

G6 alters Black Sea offering with new feeder service
The G6 Alliance has altered its Far East-Black Sea coverage, scrapping the ABX service and replacing it with a new dedicated feeder service.

The feeder service will rotate between Port Said, Ashdod, Istanbul, Constanza and Odessa, before returning via Istanbul and Ashdod to Port Said, with two vessels of 3,000 teu deployed on the route. Orient Oversea Container Line (OOCL) will continue to serve the market via an alternative service arrangement.

The end of the ABX service will be marked by the final sailing of MOL Performance on August 30.
