GTT to provide containment equipment for Teekay LNG newbuilds
Gaztransport & Technigaz (GTT) has received an order to equip three LNG carriers under construction at Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering (DSME) for Teekay.

GTT will provide NO 96 GW cryogenic membrane containment systems for the vessels, which are expected to be delivered throughout 2018. The technology provides an optimized boil-off rate of cargo LNG.

"DSME and Teekay are two long-term partners," said chairman and ceo Philippe Berterottière. "We are delighted to see that these companies have chosen, once again, membrane containment solutions for newbuildings".
