Hong Kong: Guangxi Autonomous Region, in Southern China, will build up the framework of a 10-square-kilometer bonded area centered by the Qinzhou Port, which will be the fifth bonded port in the Chinese mainland.
The regional government has applied to eight upper regulators including the General Administration of Customs, the Ministry of Land and Resources, and the National Development and Reform Commission for the establishment of Qinzhou Bond Port. [04/02/08]
