Hong Kong: Guangzhou Shipyard International Company Limited recently announced that China State Shipbuilding Corporation has allowed it to buy Guangzhou Wenchong Shipyard Co., Ltd. for RMB3,041,226. This is part of a consolidation plan for CSSC's Guangzhou yards ahead of the giant Longxue yard project in the city. [30/7/08]
