Hong Kong: Hongkong International Terminals, the original flagship of Hutchison Port Holdings, was penalised HK$30,000 ($3,846) Monday after the death of a crane maintenance worker on June 11, 2007. The worker died from a fall from a jib crane.
A court convicted the operator, which runs five terminals in the former British colony, of violating health and safety laws. [11/08/09]
