Beijing: Hutchison Ports Holdings is rumoured to be eyeing another southern Chinese port investment. The weekly China Business newspaper reported HPH, the world's largest container terminal operator, is eyeing Fangcheng Port in Guangxi province. Under the current Chinese national five year plan road and rail links from Guangxi are set to improve dramatically making port investment there conceivable. [26/03/07]
