Singapore: IMC Corporation Limited, which has diversified interests in the marine industry ranging from shipping to offshore engineering, has appointed Eng Aik Meng to the position of company ceo, effective as of June 18. Aik Meng, who was preoviously emplyed at Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) where he held the position of svp of American President Line's IntraAsia, Middle East and Australia.
IMC has also appointed David Eaw its Chief Financial Officer (cfo) as of July 2. Eaw was previously the CFO of Singapore Technologies Engineering (USA), prior to which he held senior financial management appointments at other companies such as SembCorp Industries, Arthur Andersen Asia-Pacific and Cerebos Pacific
The group, which is headquartered in Singapore, has offices in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China (including Hong Kong), Japan, Philippines, India, South Korea, Australia and the US. [10/07/07]
