Hajara, chairman & md of Shipping Corporation of India, has been re-elected to the Board as the new vice-president. Other new Board members are Shri Karan Paul, chairman & md of Apeejay Shipping; Shri S. Madan, md of Goodearth Maritime, and Shri Arun Sharma, executive president & ceo of India Steamship. The directors to be re-elected included Anil Devli, executive director of Shreyas Shipping; Atul J. Agrawal, joint md of Mercator Lines; N. K. Gupta, chairman & md of Dredging Corporation of India; R.L. Pai, group svp of Reliance Industries; A.R. Ramakrishnan, ceo of Essar Shipping; K. M. Sheth, executive chairman of Great Eastern Shipping; S.K. Shahi, chairman & md of SKS (Ship); R.
