Tokyo: INTERTANKO's Tokyo Tanker Event kicks off today and runs through to Friday. As well as an executive committee meeting, an annual general meeting and tonight's gala dinner, a two-day conference starts tomorrow with tanker challenges under the spotlight as well as an update on the Poseidon Challenge. A seperate cultural and entertainment schedule including golf has also been arranged.
