Tokyo: The Japan Ship Owners' Mutual Protection & Indemnity Association (Japan P&I Club) is planning to establish its first overseas subsidiary in the U.K. Minoru Sato, director general of Japan P&I Club, disclosed his association's plan in a recent interview with Kaiji Press.
