Jotun and Kansai Paints are expanding their existing alliance in the global marine coatings market in view of new regulations and auditing requirements.

The new agreement covers the global Protective segment, expanding from their SeaStar Alliance back in 2002. The long-standing partnership between Jotun and Kansai Paints has led to the development of anti-fouling brands such as SeaQuantum applications that provide fouling protection and ensure hull performance for up to 90 months.
